At Swaddles Baby, we want you and your little one to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn baby apparel.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the garments are in new condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
